Welcome to the QR Code Scanner & Generator App ("the App") operated by EZ-Tools ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App allows you to scan and generate QR codes and barcodes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data you input into the App.
- You may not use the App to generate or scan codes that violate laws, infringe on intellectual property, or promote harmful content.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, including:
- AdMob: Displays advertisements, which may be personalized based on your device’s advertising ID. See Google’s Terms of Service.
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized usage data to improve the App.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports to enhance app stability.
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (e.g., design, text, graphics) are owned by EZ-Tools or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from your use of the App.
- Inaccuracies in scanned or generated codes.
- Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., AdMob, Firebase).
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
